Celebrate your next birthday at The Bakken Museum! Birthday party packages include admission to the museum, a private party room, a party host, electrifying hands-on activities, birthday cake and more. Birthday parties are for girls and boys ages 6 through 12.
Basic Birthday Party
Bakken Museum Basic Birthday Party packages are available for up to 16 kids* and include admission to the museum, a private party room, a party host, electrifying hands-on activities and birthday cake.** Parties may be scheduled for a 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. start time on available Saturdays. A Basic Birthday Party is 1 hour in length.
Hair-Raising Birthday Party
Bakken Museum Hair-Raising Birthday Party packages include all of the Basic Birthday Party elements plus hair-raising photos for all party guests. A Hair-Raising Birthday Party is 1 1/2 hours in length.
Hair-Raising Birthday Party Plus
Bakken Museum Hair-Raising Birthday Party Plus packages include all of the Hair-Raising Birthday Party elements plus an exclusive 20-minute guided tour of three exhibit stations in the museum. A Hair-Raising Birthday Party Plus in 2 hours in length.
*1 chaperone is required per every 4 kids.
**Tableware is provided. Guests may bring their own snacks and beverages.

- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your birthday party date. Once payment has been received you will receive written confirmation.
- Birthday parties will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of space and staff.
- Birthday parties must be scheduled at least one month in advance but not more than one year in advance.
- All birthday party cancellations must be in writing and $50 deposit is non-refundable.
