The Bakken Museum's LEGO Robotics Team gives kids ages 7 through 11 the opportunity to embark on an adventurous challenge to build and program LEGO robots to complete a series of tasks based on current, real-world issues.

Become a Bakken Museum Inventors' Club members and design and build your own unique creation with help from mentors who work in the science and engineering fields.  Program occurs six consecutive Saturdays.  For boys and girls ages 9-15+.

Join The Bakken Museum for monthly Kit-Building Parties.  Help prepare materials for field trip groups and other events.  Cut confetti, sort LEGOs, package experiment kits and more.  This is a great group activity for 2-16 people.  Kit-Building Parties take place the third Thursday of each month between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.  Stay as little or as long as you like.  For more information about volunteering at The Bakken or to RSVP, contact Austine Vaughn, Manager of Visitor Experience at 612-926-3878 ext. 220 or via e-mail using her last name @thebakken.org.
