Inventors´ Club
The Bakken Museum´s Inventors´ Club is a six-week program for girls and boys who are full of ideas. Young inventors dream up and build their own creation like a burglar alarm to keep their little brother out of their room, a book light disguised as a bookmark for secret night-time reading, even a solar-powered remote control car! Participants receive guidance from mentors in the science and engineering fields in the museum´s fully equipped workshop, using the supplies and tools provided. When the program is finished, inventions are displayed for friends, family and museum visitors to see.
Inventors´ Club participants are invited to work on their projects in The Bakken Museum´s workshop from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays during the session (no additional charge).
