Build, Program, Test, Repeat!

The Bakken Museum's LEGO Robotics Program gives kids ages 8 through 12 the opportunity to embark on an adventurous challenge to build and program LEGO robots. No prior experience with computer programming or robots needed. Programs occur on four consecutive Saturdays in the fall, winter, and spring.

Excuse our Dust

We're renovating! The Bakken Museum's lower level, including classrooms and makerspace, will be closed for upgrades during the first half of 2020. During construction, we are partnering with The Works Museum in Bloomington to offer our education programs.

Take advantage of this exciting time. In addition to offsite education programs, join us at The Bakken Museum for Science Studio in the West Winds mansion every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and receive an extra 6-month extension on all Bakken Memberships!
