FALL BREAK CAMP: AUDACIOUS AUTOMATONS

When school is out, the fun is in at The Bakken Museum! During this three-day Innovator Intensive, students will build a personalized automaton. We will study examples of carefully crafted automatons from history. We will explore cams, gears, and other common mechanisms found in automatons. And we will use this new knowledge to design and build our own custom machines. This will a deep dive into software that will be used to help design the pieces, then be cut out with our new laser cutter.
