COMING SOON - SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
It’s almost time to register for 2024 summer camps! This year, there are three important dates to mark down.
Wednesday, January 17 (12 p.m.) | Scholarship Drive Access Open + Scholarship Applications Open
We are committed to making youth programs accessible to all individuals regardless of their financial situation. Up to 15 summer camp spaces will be made available during our scholarship drive to individuals who make a significant tax-deductible donation to our scholarship fund when they register for camp.
Wednesday, January 24 (12 p.m.) | Bakken Museum Member Access Open
Bakken Museum Members get early access to the museum’s summer camps. In addition, Household and Supporting Members receive a 10% discount on registration for all camps and classes at the museum.
Tip: for ease of access, we suggest purchasing your membership and setting up an online account before member summer camp registration access opens on January 24. Become a member here.
Thursday, February 1 (12 p.m.) | General Registration Available to Everyone
On February 1, everyone will be able to register for summer camps! Camps fill up quickly at The Bakken Museum. Once a camp is full, you can join our notification list to stay updated when more spots become available.

HOLIDAY HOURS: OPEN JANUARY 15
While the museum is usually closed on Mondays, we're holding special hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 15. Join us for hands-on activities in Science Studio and search for LEGO Minifigures hidden throughout the museum.
TINKERING AFTER DARK: ROBOT DATE NIGHT
Thursday, February 15 // 6-8:30 p.m.
Take your Valentine’s date (romantic or otherwise) to the hottest spot in town – building robots at The Bakken Museum. Our educators will provide step-by-step instructions as you construct and customize your robot in our makerspace.
