Celebrate all things robots and science fiction during weekends and school release days all month long. Included with museum admission, Droid December offers coding challenges and experiments for kids and adults.
Join us Saturday, December 11, and Saturday, December 18, to meet Star Wars characters from the 501st Legion Central Garrison and try activities presented by the Twin Cities Droid Builders.
Activities include:
Art Bot – program a Wiggle-Bot to make art.
Droid Noise – explore electronic sound creation.
Droid Scavenger Hunt – find droids hidden throughout the museum!
Stop Motion Animation – use droids to create stop motion movies in the Spark exhibit.
Trench Run – Operate a remote-controlled droid to avoid obstacles and collect points.
Activities are included with museum admission. Droid December is appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
