During Discovery Days, the museum is filled with hands-on activities and experiments all about technology, science, and art. Join us this December for an event inspired by our favorite droids.

Discovery Days: Droid December activities include:

  • Get your picture with members of the 501st Legion Central Garrison dressed as Star Wars characters

  • Search for droids hidden throughout the museum

  • Pilot a robot through a maze

  • Learn the basics of code to control a Bee-Bot

  • Play movie tunes on the Bakkenspiel

  • Build a take-home light-up sword

  • and more!

Discovery Days: Droid December access is included with museum admission. Droid December is designed for kids ages 5 through 14, plus their friends and family.

Not able to join us on December 17? We’ll have some of our favorite droid-themed activities available every weekend in December and throughout winter break, December 27 through 30. Please note, The Bakken Museum will be closed on December 24 and 25.
